Terms & Conditions – Svayu Wellness Centre

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Svayu Wellness Centre ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide wellness, spa, physiotherapy, baby spa, pregnancy therapies, hammam rituals, and related services.

• Bookings can be made in person, via phone, or through our online system.
• No advance payments are required.
• We do not process refunds as no monetary transactions are made prior to service delivery.

Services are open to all clients. Parents/guardians must accompany minors for baby/toddler spa sessions.

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy before receiving therapy.
• Our services are wellness-focused and not a substitute for medical treatment.
• The Company shall not be liable for undisclosed medical conditions.

We accept all payment methods, including cash, cards, UPI, and digital wallets, at the time of service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

All website content, service descriptions, logos, and materials are the property of Svayu Wellness Centre and may not be copied without prior consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with Surat, Gujarat.
